while不能表对比吗？

不看题，我们只看下面这句话：WHILE is somewhat ambiguous,since it might indicate simultaneity rather than contrast.
但是就学过的语法来看，while是可以表对比的啊，这里怎么说它没用表对比呢？

nope

your understanding is imprecise

while can show up as two meanings 1. simulataneous 2. contrast

because there are two possible interpretations here

you should be careful of the usage of while, for it might convey two different interpretations ( here is ambiguity ,which cannot be tolerated by GMAT)
