1.c选项，like后面加的是句子啊，like是介词，不可加句子的；
D选项，其实就是排除法剩下的唯一正确的选项，in that在这里就是进一步解释说明的含义。

额。。细看看E：1Billie Holiday approached singing by using her voice like other musicians ，like instrument——像乐器一样是指BH此人还是他的voice，不清楚，而且单单看逻辑含义，我们可变为这样理解like instrument，Billie Holiday approached singing by using her voice——人和乐器不能比较；2后半句Ranging与flattening并列少and，后面的and后连接的是ed动词，而不是其修饰作用的ved，所以不可并列与ving。。。。。
