2．The dilemma of tacking inequity and do not hurt economy… is heat on the debate. Romney(robber baron)…Obama(class warrior)….
问题的严重性：（是否必须要解决？）
3 . 2/3 countries Inequalities increased since 1980 , share of national income was 0.01% , was 1% in 1980, and now rise to 5%.
4. There is true that some measures of inequity are good for economy. e.g. Sharpens incentives to work hard and take risks…. Reward talented innovators… But the problem of inequity has reached a stage that inefficient and bad for growth.
5. In China, elite gain a string of monopolies… Aslo same in Russia , India …

7．(1) attack monopolies & vested interests… e.g. State-own enterprises in China , or Big bank in Wall Street;
(2) next : government spend on poor & young.
