关于also位置问题，必须是紧邻but吗？

各位，小女第三遍刷OG仍然有所收获，希望这次认真刷og可以带来切实的效果啊。。。

OG SC 83题中的句型是not just because of x, but becaue of y.

其中C,EOG解释说 the placement of also is incorrect.

C: not just because of...but because of doctors havingalso written
E: not just because of ... but because doctors have also written

接句子because of不好，这个知道，also副词可以省略也知道，只是想问这两个选项里ALSO的位置错是必须要紧跟but吗？

呼唤大牛啊。。。这个不同于not only but also, 但是是否只要是but also就都得两个词紧连着？

我查了好多CD讨论大部分是关于not only but also的。李希平在这题og的分析中也没有给出明确的also位置。
