你好，我问了几个正在读 HRM 的学生。他们比我更了解这个program。 总结一下，可能你要考虑下面这点。

1. Pace 的 HRM 是不错的，找到一个排名的网站，Pace HRM 全美排名26 (http://www.best-masters.us/ranking-master-human-resources-management.html#.URkPba6em9A)。 我问的这几个学生也觉得老师教的都挺好的。而且，就 HR 来说，学校的名气对毕业找工作影响不大。找工作的时候更看中的是你实习和工作经验。毕竟在学校里学的是很有限的，更多的是在实习或者工作中学到的。

2. 正如你提到的，由于地理位置的优势，Pace 有非常好的 internship program，很多同学都有实习经验。其中包括大公司例如: Citibank, Diesel, The Four Seasons, JPMorgan Chase 等等。也有很多小公司。他们说在小公司里有可能能学到更多的东西，因为你能接触到更多真正 HR 的工作。

3. 毕业找工作的话， HRM 专业， 即使在 NY 也是非常非常难的。 首先，美国经济不好，很多公司裁员的话， HR 首当其冲。 所以现在 HR Job Market 供绝对大于求。 另外，尤其对国际学生来说，大部分公司都不给办工签，所以毕业以后找全职工作非常难。

请问楼主，Pace的MSA要几年可以毕业的（SUMMER COURSE 也读得情况下）？不是PATHWAY。

大多数同学会读一年半到两年半左右。要看你需要上多少个学分，有没有课可以免， 还有每个学期上多少学分。MSA 要求完成 30-51个学分，春季和秋季每个学期最少上9个学分，多的话，可以上12或者15个学分，看你能不能吃的消了。暑假可选的比较少，要提前做 research 看那些课在暑假开， 这样一般也只能选到1到2门能上的课。你可以根据自己的情况计划一下。


其实，读MSA，我认为也不是越早上完就越好。在美国，找工作除了GPA，还要看你一是不是有实习经历，二其他方面的能力如何，比如说 internship， Networking，communication， leadership，teamwork 等等。曾经有个老师跟我说，在美国的大学上课，study 跟 network 的时间要各占 50%。锻炼和展现你能力的地方就是参加一些学校的社团活动，比如 Beta Alpha Psi，一个专门为会计、金融专业学生服务的学生组织。另外，国际学生入学的前九个月是不能找实习的，所以我强烈推荐你多参加一些社团活动，对后面找实习跟工作也会有很大的帮助。MSA读的时间不长，两年的时间很快就过去了，很多同学第一年还都在适应环境，第二年要毕业开始找实习和工作的时候才发现简历不够丰富，面试没有什么可以讲的，更不用说很多同学还都想在毕业前考完或者考几门CPA。时间真的非常宝贵。所以，我建议边读书的时候，多去丰富自己其他方面的经验，不需要着急毕业。

忘记问楼主了 PACE的MSA的学分可以免掉一些么？如果能免掉的话是要进行如何操作呢？比如是申请时免掉还是录取后进行免掉的操作呢？

我记得是6周左右，如果6周或者7周还没有结果，可以打电话或者发邮件给 admission office 查询。

在申请的时候就会考虑免掉一些。入学以后，每学期刚开学的一两周，学校会发邮件通知哪些课程有 Proficiency Exam Test，如果你的成绩能达到 B 以上，也可以免。不过国际学生 MSA 能免的课程基本上只有 Foundation Core. 下面这个网页上解释的很详细，你可以看一下：http://appsrv.pace.edu/lubin/curriculum/MSaccountingCPAcourses.html

楼主，我刚收到MSA的AD，但是要读3terms的语言，想问这个语言课程是必须要上满3terms么？有什么方式可以不要上那么久，再刷托福可以么?
