前几天有一个问WFU要不要WES的，官网上的答案

那个帖子不想挖了，不知道在哪里了。。。

WES-evaluated transcripts are not required for an application to be considered complete; official (non-WES evaluated) transcripts may be reviewed by the Admissions Committee. However, if an applicant who graduated from a non-US school is admitted, the decision will be conditional upon receipt of a final transcript evaluation from World Education Services (www.wes.org). This will be at the applicant’s expense, and the applicant will not be allowed to enroll without the WES evaluation.

哪里的消息是海面？必须提交之后，推荐人也交了之后才面试么？

某页上说不论申请状态只要开始申请的符合G和GPA条件的都会给面试。。。这不是海面么。。。
而且要等面试完了才算申请完成。。。。。泪。。。。提早交也没用了。。。
