这里个人觉得是黄色和绿色的比较


疑问1：这里的more than是修饰前面的more than 300 rivers吗？总是搞不清more than 引导状语从句所修饰的成分


疑问2：选项D    
while more than 300 rivers drain into it, Siberia's Lake Baikal holds 20 percent of the world's fresh water, which is more than all the North American Great Lakes combined.


这个句子有语法错误吗？
与A明显的不同是，which指代粉色部分,并将之与蓝色（还是灰色？蓝灰色吧）部分比较，而在A中，则不是，就因为这个所以排除吗？
个人觉得这不能说明D选项错误啊，

which放在这里是指代前面的20 percent of the world's fresh water~
那么这句话就成了，water is more than all lakes combined
水和北美的湖是不能放在一起比较的，好歹也是水v.s 北美湖的水吧。。。
所以D的逻辑上说不通噢。。
