parallelism  dictate verb parallel with verb ； the verb form（tense）are not required to be the same in every circumstances；you should use the context to determine

LZ平行不代表完全一样，并且文章给出明确的时间约束ago和ever since。。。。。。

平行不能绝对化，还应该和句子的意思相符合，这句话明显说宇宙开始于一到两百亿年前的大爆炸，并且现在还在膨胀，所以在时态上，A是最正确的。

又不是碰上and就要平行的，宇宙大爆炸肯定是发生在过去现在还在继续膨胀

and还有一层意思是 then --“然后”的意思，比如：
Go along the street and you will find the cinema

只是简单的说2者都在指universe，所以要parallel

E 应该是错在" the universe to have begun "的 to 有问题吧....

恩，也有这个疑问，选A是基于逻辑意思和动词形式，那么D只用不平行来排除是不是不合适？
