What is the MLDP? The MLDP is a management rotation program designed to inject marketing talent and develop future leaders for DuPont. During the three-year program, participants complete two to three assignments lasting twelve to eighteen months each. The MLDP provides exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines and other business functions through challenging assignments in several DuPont business units. Assignments are designed to deliver visible and measurable results for multi-billion-dollar businesses. After completing the program, participants are matched to a leadership role within a DuPont business based on their skills and current business needs. The program's first class started in 2003, and there are currently more than one hundred recent MBA graduates in the MLDP.
