Any skills to apply Stanford Univercity?

Hi, Xias:

Have anyone known some skills to apply Stanford univecity? Good weather there!

The school will call my reference friend? But they don't know English, what shall I do?

Berkerly and UCLA are my next two choices. Europe school will think later. Any other good in U.S. school for referrence?    ( my GMAT And TOEFL is during prepreing... )

Thanks 版主! I heard the Stanford is one of schools hardly to apply.  I will research  more information!
