2013 CEIBS(中欧国际工商学院)MBA申请咨询- 在校生答疑

请教：
女，04年国内211语言类大学本科毕业，法律专业，本科成绩中等。
在校期间活动多，4年学费及生活费都是依靠勤工俭学及暑期实习自给自足，曾组织旧物义卖资助孤儿院，参与免费法律援助等。
毕业后即开始从事IT硬件销售工作，经历2家500强公司，目前带领7人的销售团队已有5年时间，销售业绩常年良好，团队人员积极稳定。
2007年加入目前公司，当时属于公司开拓新的业务模式，所以团队是独立完成招聘，培训，市场活动策划，客户群细分等一系列工作的。
读完MBA后的职业目标是能够进入其他行业（如通讯，化工，制药）的销售领域，从事销售或市场类管理工作，从而丰富自己的职业经历。
长期职业目标是成为出色的销售领域培训师。
目前在准备考G。
以上对于申请中欧各位DX有何建议？是否感觉个人经历过于单薄？
有哪些方面是需要侧重的？谢谢。

IT、sales、特别是团队建设与管理经验，背景ok。


对于你读完MBA后的短期职业目标，即进入其他行业（如通讯 化工 制药）销售领域，
建议你找相关行业的销售了解一下，看看他们的工作是否如你所期望那样，这样也有利于
你明确你的career path及准备essay等。

2(a). Describe your most significant work-related achievement and explain why you view it as such. (400 words)


2(b). Describe a difficult situation where you demonstrated leadership skills to achieve a positive outcome. (400 words)


For question 3(a) and 3(b), you only need to answer one of the two questions.
3(a). Describe a professional failure and what were the lessons learned? (400 words)


3(b). Describe a situation where your values, ethics or morals were challenged and how did you handle the situation. (400 words)
