interview的话，是不是选择face to face比较好？我在中山，收到邮件问我选择怎样的方式进行INTERVIEW。如果选择SKYPE/MSN/TEL会不会给人印象不好，我这网速貌似有些问题，平时上网都还好，但是SKYPE的话，我怕会卡，这样会不会影响结果？

还有就是，referee只有一个人收到了，另一个到现在都还没有收到，写邮件过去adcom问了，一直都没有回复，现在已经收到面试通知了，这个还需不需要填写？如果要的话，该怎么弄？

第一个据历届面试经验贴和adcom风格，career path确实会是个被question的重点。如果创业背景，应该是个亮点，相信adcom也愿意你详细去描述的。其实不管什么background都会被challenge关于career goal这个方向的。所以只要自己想清楚了，就不用担心。毕竟这个是见仁见智没有标准答案的。
