A不对是因为城市自己不能改革要被人改革,所以用被动.要在had后面加一个been.这是第一个错,第二是不能用when,要用which/that,why?

这就是B和E的区别拉.

E. during which the city was transformed

我们都知道划线部分是一个定语从句.主语是人,谓语是改革.宾语是城市.句子的主谓宾结构都是健全的,所以我们在选择引导词的时候要用关系副词,when,where,why之类的.而during which或者说"一个介词+which作用相当于连接副词,在句子中做状语".所以选B.

which/that/as都是关系代词,在句子中做主语和宾语.

这里的时态应该选B在过去的某个时间段要用过去时态而不是过去完成时态。

C错在that修饰Era 时间不能改变城市而是城市在这个时间段内改变。

不是有逗号的阿,E不对是因为which指代不明,

which只能指代文中出现的名词,而from 1973 to 1993是名词???

所以只能指代1973 或1993,这两个都是混淆的,而且指代哪个都是改变句子的意思的.

这里主要强调在这个时期内发生的事，如果e改成during which time the city was transformed，我觉得才对，而且时态用过去是比较合理
