LZ应该将划线部分标出来，特别是这样的长句子，否则大家看起来会非常吃力。
unlike是表比较的，要有两个平行的比较对象。句首的unlike后面跟的是 'the body's inflammatory response '，逻辑上与之对应的就只有D,E的 'the body's more localized response '。关于unlike的详细用法你可以先看看manhattan。
