关于离职原因

关于离职原因

有一个问题一直让我感到很犹豫. 虽然我有在离职多年后还同以前的老板保持良好关系的记录.但有一两次离职都很不幸同老板有不好的争执,比如有的老板至今拒绝给我应得的工资,有的老板认为我离职就是忘恩负义等等不一而足,我不知道是否应该把真正的离职原因写进PERSONAL DATA.如果写出来,会不会导致学校认为我的沟通能力有问题并且同老板去核实然后老板肯定说出一个不同的STORY;如果不写,会否显得不诚实?


今后是否我们就应该在老板们面前忍气吞声,任人宰割?

NoNoNo. The reason should be really simple, to transfer to another better office. In one word, from one success to another. Don't worry about those trivial matters.

But if you altercated against your bosses not scarcely, you should really try to find why. Not everytime the fault is on the part of boss, try to dig out something from yourself. My remarks may be digressing, but I think it is very important for an MBA to maintain a good relation with the boss. It's for yourself, not for the application.

And respecting or even obeying boss doesn't necessarilly mean "忍气吞声,任人宰割". If you are a boss, what kind of subordinates do you like to work with? Try to be of that kind.
