原句中，announce from the accessible parts of the earth 意为在地球上可接近的地方announce，明显不对，所以A和B错
's经常用于有生命的物体，无生命的应用a of b 结构，所以C的表达更加符合语法

A、B 选项的from用法非常awkward，好像是在he accessible parts of the Earth宣布的一样；然后后面的各级that也很wordy；
E选项announce一般用法是announce+that clause，而该选项announce和are两个动词且结构混乱。至于CD选项，区别在于句子的重心，一个是the accessible parts of the Earth，一个是 the Earth’s chromium isotopic composition，而原句的重心没有逻辑错误的条件下不应该改变，所以选C。

C: 指代问题。前面的the accessible parts是复数，而后面的比较内容 that of 却是单数。
D: that of chondritic meteorites中的that指代isotopic composition，修饰的是第二个that引导的定语从句，无所谓平行不平行。 including的逻辑主语应该是逗号前的chondritic meteorites。
E: announce 后面的少了that先行词；缩减选项的从句部分应是：the accessible parts of the Earth are distinct from those of chondritic meteorites，逻辑意思不对，根据上下选择可推知原文比较的地球和陨石的成份不同，但实际E表达了两者的accessible parts不同。
