twe170, 太难写了

TWE170  Groups and organizations are part of some people's lives. Why are groups and organizatiuons important to people? Use specific reasons and examples to support your view.

Tough topic! It costs me about 60 minutes to finish it!  lease comment.

Many individuals in our society take part in certain organizations or groups, environmentalists consisting of
Greenpeace, people who fight for health joining Anti-AIDS groups, even children participating in their school's
baseball club. So, an intriguing question is at hand: why people like join these groups and how important
these organizations and groups to us? Upon this question, different people hold different views due to
their respective experience and standpoints. As far as I am concerned, groups and organizations provide
us with an effective and convenient opportunity by which we could unite each other, help each other and
contribute to our society.

To begin with, usually, people participate in certain groups in terms of their common interest, concern and
faith. For instance, members of Greenpeace, although they have decent occupation and social position,
climb up the warship and protest the worldwide distribution of nuclear weapon. All these activities are no
reward, and sometimes they risk threats and jail, but they never retreat, because they believe that as more
and more people act, the aim of this organization--green and peace--would be arrived. In a sense, organizations
and groups unite people with their same belief and goal to overcome huge challenges individuals could not
defeat.

In addition, organizations and groups offer a proper way to people to help each other as well. Undoubtedly,
human beings boast the natural virtue to help others. As a result, taking part in some organizations and
groups could be instrumental in realizing such thought. For example, people who are the member of the
Anti-AIDS  group often exchange latest information of medicine, technologies and therapies, donate money to
the poor members, and remind each member leave drugs and unsafe sexual activities. By doing so, health
and interests of such group are maintained.

Ultimately, most organizations and groups contribute significantly to our community and society. The
environmental groups focus on global warming, green house effect, and air pollution. Not only do they act,
but also they advocate people to protect environment, reduce pollution and use public transport instead of
private cars. Our society does benefit from their actions.

In sum, taking into account above mentioned reasons, the conclusion is obvious: as an important part in
our society, organizations and groups play a key role in our daily life and activities. They could unite each
other, help each other, and make our community a better place to live.

,( it means that their work is useless, is your intension?) and sometimes they risk threats and jail, but they never retreat, because they believe that as more
and more people act, the aim of this organization--green and peace--would be arrived. In a sense, organizations

Organization is defined as an arrangement of people brought together to accomplish some specific purposes. Modern business management theory contends that there are three common characteristics that all organizations share.

First, the distinct purpose of an organization is typically expressed in terms of a goal or set of goals.

Second, no purpose or goal can be achieved by itself. People must make decisions to establish the purpose and to perform a variety of activities to make the goal a reality.

Third, all organization develop a structure that defines and limits the behaviors of its members.

In an organization, organizing determines what tasks are to be done, who is to do them, how the tasks are to be grouped, who reports to whom, and where decisions are to be made. Thus, things get done effectively and efficiently. That is why we have organization and people join in organization.
