认为选D。E的主要问题个人认为在于那个 a gas representing...，不是gas代表了drop，gas怎么能表示drop呢，表示drop的是number/amount/figure.

但是，D也是相对其他选项来说没有硬伤的一个，如果改成contained gas whose storage is 141 trillion cubic feet就更完美了，这样representing及其后面的a 66 percent drop from the 410 trillion cubic feet就更加合理了。
