和这题中的being还是有点差别的:
Being heavily committed to 是整个短语作为句子的主语,性质相当于名词
而这题是状语从句的省略问题,即主语和BE动词必须同省同留,即这题里的being called a sea,补充完整是

所以这里being其实是改变了时态,把一般现在时变成了现在进行时,不过也没什么大问题
