有三种用法~

according to ---  preposition

1 if you do something according to a plan, system, or set of rules, you do it in a way that agrees with or obeys that plan, system, or set of rules:
We should try to play the game according to the rules.
go according to plan (=happen in the way that was intended or planned): If everything goes according to plan, they should finish by Thursday.
2 used for saying where information or ideas have come from:
According to newspaper reports, fighting has broken out in the northern provinces.
According to Freud, our dreams represent our hidden desires.
3 used for saying that something changes or is different depending on the situation:
Each child will be helped according to his or her needs.
The amount of tax people pay varies according to where they live.

这里 according to 意思是~ 应属于第二种：
used for saying where information or ideas have come from

也就是说~ 以下 信息，即田径竞技中，铁饼的重量集中于 金属制品的中心（the weight of the discus used in track competition was concentrated in a metal center）
的信息来源 是 依据 先前的一个设计 (a previous design)
因此，语法上来说没有错~

但确实与原句 表达上有变化~
In a previous design 是陈述语气，陈述事实，according to 表达带有主观成分
但是，ron 说过，其他语法都没有问题，轻微的句子意思改变，不能作为 排除答案的标准，也能够作为答案~

ok~!abc哥还是这么认真~我都看了，那也就是说，这里的according to应该不是这题的split~
