答案就是在C和E之间，笔记的解释是，“关系副词where引导定语从句作插入语修饰名词overseas”，但是查词典发现overseas只能做形容词或者副词，当时也因为这个原因觉得where无法修饰一个副词，所以选择了E。觉得虽然E的标书有点拗口，但是没有where修饰overseas的明显错误，而且as做“当……的时候“解也可以，翻译出来就是“主要因为公司只在海外赚钱，许多的利润用来支付更高的税费，当公司在北美持续亏钱的时候。”
