如题，答案选C    好像确实没有比C更好的了，不过我在想C中with的逻辑主语对劲儿吗？"deer population" with no natural predators???这也不合逻辑啊~求NN解答，小弟先谢了！

没有with的逻辑主语问题吗？

前半句不是个状语么？with结构做状语表原因，修饰整个句子，这样的时候不需要考虑逻辑主语。
当with结构表伴随动作（主句不能是完成时）或表状态（主语需为主系表）时考虑逻辑主语。

我觉得还是考的是逻辑。。。是随着 没有自然天敌……鹿的数量才会…… 而不是 官方随着没有自然天敌。

B的错误还真不是这个。

neighbourhoods还真的可以allow。和说china allows no prostitution这句话中暗示的是(the law/regulation in) china allows no prostitution一样，这句话里暗示的是(the community law in the) neighbourhoods allow no hunting.
