Well, Sales Management training is probably better because it has that magical word in it: "Management" And big name companies do help! Of course you have to do WELL in the big name companies too! Meaning work hard, try and impress, get promoted, be ambitous. That having been said, the finance job can also be a very good job for B-school. But I think you need to choose your job based on what you want to DO, and not try to calculate for the MBA at this point. Because if you do what you want and love, you will probably succeed more.
