[求助]gmat成绩单的姓名拼写有问题got the answer-for future reference

不知道有没有网友遇到过类似问题？刚刚回到家收到ets寄来的正式成绩单，其他一切都对，就是姓名一栏似乎有小问题，欧的名字的拼音是9个字母，成绩单上只有前8个，不知这是因为空间不够，打不下，还是ets犯的一个小错误？到时候会不会出问题？我需不需要与之联系要求更正？

请大家多多帮忙，先谢！！

建议mm还是尽快要求est去更正。

因为这个名字和你passport上肯定不是同一个，以后申请过程中解释起来会非常麻烦。

我有其他的问题，我8月份考完试到现在还没收到正式成绩。我给你上文提到的两个地方都发了信，他们回复的很快，说3个工作日就给我正式解释原因以及处理说明。今天我收到回复说重新寄成绩。这两个部门是互通的，他们会把你的信息传递到需要的地方。

他们的处理速度现在看起来还是很快的，你尽快联系，估计下周就会解决这个问题了。下面是我今天收到最后回复的信息和邮件地址，希望对你有用。

Just got the final answer...

I decide to post it here, so somebody else will not worry about a simliar question in future...

"Our files can accommodate only 12 characters of the last name, 8
characters of the first name, and 1 middle initial.  The characters include
letters, spaces, and hyphens.  lease do not be concerned that your
entire name is not on your score report.  We wish to assure you that the
institutions and agencies that use GMAT scores are aware that space is
limited and that the examinee's full name may not appear on their score
report."
