I don't think it is a big problem. I havea low GPA in my undergraduate courses.
You can write an essay (usually the last one), telling tham the evaluation system is different. Or you have a high rank in your class, you can ask a professor to write a recommendation letter for you. Let them know that is the situation in some chinese university.
