Hello my friend—YES you have a shot at an MSF program, and that is what we recommend for you. You will be able to get into a top 100 program for sure, provided that you put together a very strong application.  If you retake your TOEFL you should be just fine—any chance you could retake your GMAT also?  Your chances (since you don’t have a ton of math experience, etc.) would be better with a slightly  higher GMAT in the quant section.  Still tho, I like your chances very much for MSF.  You will get a job after school also, if you can get closer to 50 than 100 in the rankings… hope this helps, and good luck!
