请教关于AW instruction的问题~

请教两个问题~
1.不同的instruction是否需要不同的提纲？argument的instruction可以归为assumptions/alternative explanations/specific evidence/questions四类，那issue呢？
2.譬如对于issue123，The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition. instruction里有：be sure to address the most compelling reasons and/or examples that could be used to challenge your position.
我的论点是应该同时培养竞争和合作意识，先论述竞争，再论述合作，最后写竞争与合作的融合。那是不是依据instruction，我一定还要在文章里提道“然而，一些人认为，为了培养优秀的领导者，他们只应该被灌输竞争（合作）精神......"然后我再进行反驳？
