thanks, kevin_8p  and  Duke2006.

another question: about diversity and uniqueness.

I think almost every applicant is unique. Since my background is in marketing and sales, i don't think this background is unique at all. Is it better to show from outside working experience?

Your background is not unique, but you are! are you the same as any marketing guys? No, you must be somewhat different. Just like a 1980's slogan:

Generally, business schools emphasize leadership, teamwork, communication and ambition. Show the admission committee that you have these qualities. It is easier said than done. That's why I say writting essays sort of mental torture. However, no pain no gain.

Hi, do you have any information of % or number of Chinese admits in the different rounds this year, I want to learn the difference between 1st round and 2nd round. Some said first is better, while others said second is better, making me confusing, so I expect to know the exact numbers recruited in different rounds. Thanks.

I was wondering about the same things when I applied last year. But I later figured out that it really depends on that year's application situation. If there are a lot of good applicants in the first round, you might be facing fierce competition, but if the applicant pool is not as competitive, you might have a better chance in the 1st round than the 2nd round. So the take home messege is that don't really bother trying to figure that out, because no one really knows. Just prepare your application package well and send it in once you're done. The good thing about 1st round application is that if you are admitted to your top choice school, you can toss away all the other 2nd round applications!

One of the great things about Fuqua is that it provides 100% loan to all international students that cover both tuition and living expenses. So money would only matter when you apply for your visa, because you want to show that you have SOME money besides the Fuqua loans.

Also for your information, the current education expenses for Fuqua's 2-year MBA program is $79k. Living expenses here are a lot lower than other places.

Dear Fuqua guys,

I am considering about 1st round on-line application. According to your former words, does Fuqua have special requirements on GMAT scores for Chinese students? I hit 720 3 years ago and don't want to retake it. Do you think I will have an obvious weakness in applying?

感谢kevin_8p和Duke2006(以及这个ID后面所代表的各位)!

2.application form 上要求写all the other mba you applied,是老老实实写,还是挑些名次相当的写?

3.beginning/current base salary in US$/ No. of people under your supervision

Thank you, thank you !!!
