首先，C项由三个完整的句子构成，用了一个连词while
三个句子之间的关系不清楚，而且 我见过的最长的并列element也是从句 不会有主句并列出现

而且那个at the same time 地方变了 容易造成歧义的亲

原句想表达的是denounce的同时support

而改变at the same time 的位置以后 意思有可能变为同时support多项东东 原来的意思搞没有了啊
