when i read the sentence, I think with-... also need to be consistant with subject. in given-... , given is a preposition which is equal to considering and do not need to be consistant with subject.

这题中，前面的从句和后面的句子意思上有一个转折，即“虽然.....，但是....”，所以B,C,D都可以排除，因为这三个都是表示因果关系的。A用"with"，也不是很好的转折关系；而且with引导的句子不能构成一种理由，只能做为一种工具。
