小小小小的问题，prep 159 关于过去分词和句子中的实际动词的问题

小菜知道这道题考的就是两个行为的时态先后，这道题选出C貌似很容易~
但是小菜有一个小问题，关于born的，这里的born应该是过去分词？那么它主要是做修饰？也就是说和形容词差不多？这样一来born就不涉及到动词时态先后顺序的问题了？

就酱，麻烦路过的nn们帮忙解答一下，小菜抱拳啦

我认为是这样的：
born,过去分词做后置定语 修饰98 percent of men and 75 percent of women

然后就很好的避免了时态混用的状况

也就是说，这里born起到了修饰的作用，这样一来，就不会有时态的影响~我的理解对吗亲~
