just check the admission page to see if there is minimum requirement for language.
If you really dont wanna retake the exam, i may suggest to drop a PM to the admission office and let them know your situation ( GMAT 700+ and TOEFL ~ 600 ) Anyway, if you can find something to demonstrate your listening ability such as interview, you may get the exemption.
Nicknack, I think if you can communicate with the officer during the future interview and make sure your TOEFL meet the bottomline of application requirement, it is not a big problem. GMAT is even more important compared with TOEFL.
But most important is your other materials, like your personal statement, your reference, show your potential ability to them.
