35岁，想开始脱产读MBA，会不会太晚？

35，36，37岁开始读MBA的人很多，想做就做呗

建议了解Ashridge 后再说啊，我深入了解过，在坛子里发过关于它的信息，不想重复。

了解之后才知道什么叫做低调的NB。

推荐去英国的ASHRIDGE，这个学校的MBA被誉为是 是MBA的EMBA。
搜搜我以前的一个贴子里提到过这个学校，长江去英国游学的学校和EMBA课程的学校就是这个商学院。

这个商学院很低调，他们的MBA 一年就20多个人，平均年龄35岁左右，去之前都是很有经验的了。而它的毕业生的薪资是全球前5的。

他们主打的是EMBA等高层教育，相当的NB。

mba不是规模越小越好，而是在适当范围内，规模越大越好。尤其是EMBA。

一个中国人跑到ashridge，跟19个来自世界各地的中年男女一起学管理，难以想象这样有什么意思。同学圈子那么小，又那么分散，毕业后可能几乎就全无联系了。而networking非常重要。networking既有助于毕业后的business，也对在读期间study management至关重要，至少可以有更多的不同类型的学友的激荡、互动、互相学习。

至于薪资，mba、尤其emba，一个中年人的薪资，最主要的是由其过去的工作经历、个人能力、人脉资源决定的，跟他所读的商学院关系不大。商学院对中年人来说，不可能是薪酬助推器。个人看法啊。

If I am in your shoes, I will do a MBA.

I really do not understand why people go on and on about ages.

Age is never an issue. 35 years old man, bravo! you are young, energetic, and sophicated.

Just have to consider what you will lose during that one or two years. And if it is worthy it, do it.

Regarding to politics, I am no way near senior level in my company, there are already a lot politics.

Politics is everywhere. Chinese say, if there are people, there is Jianghu, lol.

35岁，以LZ副总的资历，其实可以去读个EMBA，毕竟你已经有多年的金融从业经验，MBA是很多年纪较轻的人升级或者转行的途径

35岁讀MBA 肯定是遲的。最少數據上是這樣子的。也許有個別少數例外，但做人現實點好。

建議樓主要研究一下讀MBA 是不是可以對你的事業或個人發展有幫助。MBA 對不少人的發展是關鍵的，但不是對每個人都有用。

在M7 和EU TOP 3 中，除IMD 外，一般平均年紀都在26﹣29左右。想想和這羣只在CONSULTING 或IBANK 做了三四年的孩子每天一起上課，討論CASE一兩年是否會讓你大開眼界？增進個人發展。

如果認為會大開眼界，增進個人發展的話就申請，如果連自已都懷疑的話便無謂申請了。
