D翻译过来是  全球气温在2000年会平均升高1.8度到6.3度（年初1.8，年末6.3）
E翻译过来是  全球气温在2000年会平均量在1.8度到6.3度之间

From A to B 是 从A到B 有方向性。Between A and B是在 A和B之间，没有方向性
