[求助]本月JJ语法点：as with与as when有啥区别啊？

with是介词，只能跟名词或者分词。when引导时间状语从句。两者完全不同。

其实根本不存在所谓as when或者as with的用法和区别的问题，问题的本质是as在不同用法中词性的问题

首先看youpiao找的大全的句子，
With diamonds, as with all gems,you should ask for a written description of your purchase；the description may prove useful later if you have reason to believe the jeweler misled you.
这里as是做连词，是用省略结构来对状语进行相类似比较。完整的句子应该是，you should ask for a written description of your purchase wth diamonds as you ask for a written description of your purchase with all gems.当然这样很罗嗦，必须要用省略

再来看buddyk收录的 As with any drug taken in excess, your body can build up a tolerance to it. 和携隐收录的 Indirect socialization also occurs, as when television shows or films reinforce stereotyped images of women and men.
这里的as是做副词，表示举例，意思是“比如说，正如” 。所以它是可以修饰不同的状语的，也就不存在as when 和as with 的区别问题

如果说出处，应该是我从LZM语法精解第十章"as的用法"中总结的。其中第187页倒数第五行开始，有关于as+状语的省略结构的论述（as做连词的前几个例子也有助于理解），as when的问题从第195页E－7的答案解答的倒数第3行可以看到一点解释，但不完整。再查金山词霸2003中日英版，关于as的各种词性的用法和例句，其中美国传统辞典解释，as做副词时有词条解释是for instance，例句large carnivores, as the bear or lion. 再结合提问的这么多例句，我才做出上述解释。其实本来我也是想提问的，在寻找答案的过程中，突然自己豁然开朗了。
