求助：怎样写信申请延期付款？？？？？？？？？

马上就要到杜兰的deposite日期了，可是马大ad迟迟不来，想问下热心的同学，怎样申请延期付款呢？就说我还在等别的学校，还是我现在手头紧，还是直接要延期呢？

另：杜兰是可以信用卡付款的吧？大家知道马大哪个邮箱有人回信吗，我想催一下。

This program is not the only program that I am currently applying to but it is one of my first options. However, to give the other programs that I have applied the same consideration, I wish that I can have an extension to make the acceptance decision.
