支持C, D的the energy可以有以下两种歧义,ETS是最不喜欢歧义的

變成nuclear power 是德國電力的33%，以ETS嚴謹的程度，nuclear power怎麼可能是33%的電力

要改也是改成the energy that nuclear power produced accounts for just over 33..... 才比較好

这位仁兄说的对 OG上也有好几道这样混淆概念的题

这个题选D主要是从句意来考虑的

类似的还有：主体本身不能说明问题，但主体的某种变化能说明问题，能引起变化

nuclear power is not a type of energy, but nuclear power can generate energy (electricity)

The intolerable flaw in D is that it disorts the meaning of the original sentence. The first half of the orginal sentence says that among the energy produced in France, 75% of it comes from nuclear power. The sentence then makes a comparison that in Germany, over 33% of the energy produced comes from nuclear power. But when you look at D, it's trying to say that IN FRANCE, over 33% of the energy comes from neclear power in German, another contry. When we check if the format is parallel, more important thing is to make sure if it's logically consistent.
