调查发现公司在发展中的经济体中投资与女性相关的项目不仅对女性、对社会有帮助，对公司本身也有帮助。但调查仍显示，事实上，只有34%的公司投资
1、发展中的经济体的女性和其他国家的女性拥有同样、甚至更多的难处，由于地方的限制，她们不能在银行存款
2、麦肯锡的调查显示，南非和East Asia的1.4%GDP是由于女性没有知识，不能self-earning引起的。女性有了文化后，能更好的抚育她的家庭
3、举了个例子说美国一家公司给她们的女性员工打HIV的疫苗，然后效率上升了，还有一家公司聘用女性当做快递员，并因此打入了乡村市场，而如果没有这个项目，打入乡村市场的费用是相当高的。
4、公司可以从各个方面照顾到妇女的利益，从婴儿时期的疫苗到教育到她们的自由

讲的是女性在公司中地位的提高,提供一系列例子,说明女性在不同地区地位在不断的提高,也有公司质疑雇佣女性到底是好还是不好~ 最后需要大家来分享经验~

女性在经济中的发展，也被对女性的一些观点妨碍
女性的unfulfilled section 会对经济发展起到阻碍
private-section 公司从多雇佣女性上，获得更多了好处
印度采取了很多措施帮助女孩去学习，获得知识等等

1’06感觉好难啊，abstract貌似说要讲一个新的关于leadership的理论，然后是描述了一下leadership
1‘03领导学应该是关注现在领域中而非100年以前的学问，然后要理解的是什么是领导以及什么是领导学。这貌似是一篇论文的样子，之后就是文献综述了。讲authentic leadership。
1’13继续文献综述，略读了，之后是authentic leadership定义的发展
1‘17继续完善综述，时候讲未来发展authentic leadership学说需要什么，需要更多的evidence以及探究其与其他学科之间的关系。
1’00领导学的发展，如何探究遗传对领导能力有没有影响，提出用双胞胎来探究。

今天尝试了下，一边写阅读笔记一边记的感觉，觉得思路清晰了许多，但是越障的速度明显慢了，

empowering and developing women in developing countries is a goal for companies . and it is good for comapanies because it is a benefit for women and company. company can enlarge their market, have more good quality, more reputation, more workforce in the world.
women in the developing countries have the same concerns like women in the developed countries.
less food and less education that they can get compare with the boys. This situation hinders the economy growth.
In Africa, a example for this goal. and the company get more loyaty from its workforce
In india, another example
as a result, this implemention of the goal is a great way to help company to gain profits.
