Why haven't I got email confirmation??

I've already registered my toefl exam via www.toefl.com, I paid by credit card, and got confirmation No., and I checked the credit card that they already charged, when I registered , ets told me they will send confirmation email to me, but I still didn't get it, it's been a week, so what I gonna do??

I didn't get a confirmation e-mail either. When I went to the test center, they just asked about my confirmation and then I showed my two pieces of government ID.
