答案是E，不明白破折号此处的用法，the other's being为什么对，这里为什么前后平行？

A.   破折号之前的主语是Cane这本书，后面平行的也需要对应是书而不是人，所以后面的平行错误；语法上ablack american或blackamericans都没有错，但在此用单数更为清晰，明确指出了一本书是一个人写，而没有多个人写的歧义
B.   Richard Wright's Native Son和Jean Toomer's Cane不够对称，不如E好；语法上ablack american或blackamericans都没有错，但在此用单数更为清晰，明确指出了一本书是一个人写，而没有多个人写的歧义

这里应该是属于“解释说明”吧~

being结构也是我的万年纠结点，不过反正我就是比较一下啊其他选项，除了绝对性错误排除之后，在看优劣，选出来的....哎....这个being只能谨慎考虑....不能贸然排除啦亲....

感谢being句子集合   但是我觉得里面其他句子 being后都加的是动词  只有本题中being后加的是名词啊 being后加名词和形容词不是错吗
