我觉得应该选C 但是正确答案是D 解释给的是说C错误同A of there being 代替that同位语从句表达复杂，笨拙并且不符合习惯  但我觉得c的表达正确 而D用的there be句型不简洁  求牛牛们给解释一下吧

首先应该用that从句来修饰generalization,这个市同谓语从句。 那么只有D 和E. 在看，differences是复数，那么就不能用little,至少应该用few.所以e也不对。那么应该只有D了。

那为啥一定要用同位语从句来修饰generation呢？ 用of加形容词结构的名词不是更简洁？ 例如c

应该是因为C的感觉就变成the generaliztion of little了吧，会造成歧义
