之前看了好多处解释，再加上我自己的理解，大致是这样：
A.主要是those指代的问题。前面是20 percent of。。。是一个数量，而those应该是指代具体的人young adults，不能用数量和人比较。
B.to do应该是限定性修饰，不能与主句用逗号隔开，而且句子也没有表示目的的含义。
C.twice的使用没有问题，可以指代前面的核心词20 percent of；问题还是在those上，解释与A同。
D.用much指可数的人是不正确的；而且只有当twice后面是物的时候，采用，twice as much/many as...的结构，这里面是一个amount，所以应该直接用twice + amount；另外就是those指代的问题，同A。
E.正确。twice可以用来和前面句子的核心词percent比较；用number与percent比也很正确。
