I just took the STUPID TOEFL again.

It's hard for me to retell you guys anything about it now, a sign of aging.
It's odd, I haven't got any of those JJ questions.

It's easier than PP.

Lessons learned:
1.Other testers were hitting keyboard so loud that you just can not
do your listening Com.
2. Too cold
3. need more than 3 munites to review your essay.
4. Left too much time for Listen Com.
5. Grammer is easy, should pace it.

Now I can remember something.

Listening:
1. the effects of positive and negative message for peoples performance
    Experiments: 1. memorize something with negative message flash from computer screen, negative one did worse. 2. some test with positive one, none is better

2.  comets: earth cross it's path  every year, so got md shower.

Reading
1. animals of early colony
2. build simple house of early colony
3. math definition of symmetric
4. making glass which is used to decorate church windows
5. the changes of amount of the chemical elements of nature world

World: fuse-- collect, impede--prevent

TWE: people like to move, try new things, other don't like it and stay a place for a long time, pick your side.

You know all the words, but the answers are still hard to be determined.
I don't why, probably I don't get the feeling how ETS ask their question in ther reading section.

My words: I did the test very quickly, so I got a lot of time left for each section.
And I didn't have a very high expectation for the test, so I wasn't highly motivated.
The nosie of my neigbhoring students really upset me, so probably just want to finish the test as quick as possible. So I was careless, bad example for your guys.

I started my review last Sat, so I only have five days to with it. What I did is, download the grammar section of real TOEFL test from 1999 to 2002, listening from 2000-2002, and the list of 185 TWE. I did all of them, read all the topics of TWE. I believe you have to go through every one of them , otherwise you don't have time to think about it during the test. I got 2:30 munites to review my eassy, not enough time to finish it.

My strategy: get myself to fimilar to ETS question types, and the ability to concentrate on test.

I basically didn't do much of reading in my five days review, so I did very poor for that section.

Final result: 28, 12-29, 27. ( 30-25-55). It's Ok for me anyway.

Enjoy your test.
Dont forget bring one more cloth, and don't wear sandals. It's too cold in the test room.
