101.In any profession—business, politics, education, government—those in power should step down after five years.

I agree with the opinion of speaker that people who in power should be step down in the professional area such as business, politics , education, government ,however, the years of them in power may not be 5 as the speaker's thought, especially in the government. The four profession stipulate the time in power should be depended on the differnet charactoristics of each other.

It can be interpretate that the people in power is discribing the people who working in the government or any other professional area espessially the leader .With the development of the society, the leaders in power sometimes fail to catch up with the high-speed information social development because of their age. It cannot be denied that the people whose work is related to manage the public benefit always in a kind of elder age than the one who can absorb the new information rapidly and there is also many adults still can obtain newly information as a teenager,however, we cannot insure that all the people in power can keep their mind in a skepticle construction which can sitimulate them to seek the fresh knowledge after daily work.

On the other hand, if the professional departmentreally employ the peaple who is in power exceed 10 years , for instance, the department will suffer a great number of puzzles even suborned transection.For example, the first female President of Philippines,Arroyo,suceeded to complete twice Election of National President,was sentenced by suborned crime.Arroyo has become the President for 10 years,from 2001 to 2010,with her perfect grace can strongly manage methods, no one be unincredible to her behavior.Yet,the police office sincerely bring her an accusation against her political transection when she was in power.Further more,if one person tangle the power for so long, the country will be in danger of its national govern system, of its politics system, even of its economical system.Without a security manage environment ofthe society,the educational enterprise or the business thing wil actually be drop down.Finally the moral system may be drop down either.

As the speaker said they should step down after 5 years in power, it can not persuade the public for the following reasons.Firstly, 5 years is too stubborn for a part of prefessional field.Some enterprise can get a reward of their study by more than 5 years ,as the educational field. It is all to know that ,as an example, whether the group of new learning books of high schools is prefered by the students rather than that before cannot be decided in a year or two ,even 5 years is not enough.If the author of the learning books want to make some kind of research about what is the interests of the students before his pubished the books,that will take more period of time .Besides, 5 years will be too long for business.The market change everyday,without anyone can control thoroughly. If a leader in power of controlling the business of the market, we can not decide that he can be wok without any mistake in business digit or any crime about the benefit.

To sum up, the idea about stepping down after a period of being in power is lack of some adequate research,however,it still can not be denied as an essenlent thought to control the suborned stuff occured in the professional feilds.

第一句也是表达意思的问题，我自己再看都看了好几遍。。。
我想说的应该是：Sometimes, we accept that the defination of people in power is those who are working in the government or some professional areas as a leader of that.
这次对不对了？其实就是想解释一下大多数人对people in power这个东西含义的理解。
