LSE conditional offer [2012-03-06]

我的con offer 很奇怪：
con 1。要求均分是xx，（如果达不到可议）
con  2。还写了一个extra condition：必须在xx课和xx课上得到多少分数（我目前的课程）

请问各位大神：如果这个extra con 达不到，可以argue吗，让我纠结的是 这个写了must！！它没写可议。。。。我非常郁闷阿，

有没有人经验lse的con argue。。。。，如果可以argue，该什么时候去argue呢，（我部分课的成绩已经出来了）

Sorry about the confusion, I mean will the office check my unofficial transctipt?

i email them unofficial transcript also.
But later I sent them the official transcript.
the graduate admission office will then tell the department, and the selectors of the department will re-evaluate your application and change your condition

麻烦问问大神是什么专业呀？我argue信发了一个月了还是没有回应，问那边回答就是selector还没有给消息，我没有给大四上的成绩单过去，但在argue信里说明了我的成绩情况。是不是一定要寄成绩单才能被change？您是等了多久呀？
