1. i do not think there is difference between paper of all kinds and all kinds of paper in meaning.

Key here:主谓一致！SO  C, E  are not correct

2. good questions about 比较，
C、比较对象不一致，$167 billion和 figure不存在可比性，

3、A，twice as....as,
只能接many or much, 其它形容词，都错（XDF的东西，请辨证接受！）

2、比较对象不一致，是不是14 percent和 figure不存在可比性啊？

2,C错在 14%的指带代不清，因为它和1992相邻，可以误解为1992的同位语。

我再来试着回答第3题，

我感觉A中的增长率与70年代不对等

同意。
另外，The rate is fast 错。只能用high, great等等形容词修饰number,rate, size, volume等数词。

困难是弹簧

twice as....as,
只能接many or much, 其它形容词，都错（XDF的东西，请辨证接受！）我个人认为这个解释是有问题的。

不能同意。在OG中有多个例子，使用了其他形容词，但现在一时想不起来。有个类似的：
Several studies have found that the coronary patients who exercise most actively are at least fifty percent less likely than those who are sedentary to die of a heart attack.

第二题：这到题的c项指代不清。作为修饰成分有必要补全所比较的对象，而c项缺少比较的对象
第三题：这也是一道比较的题。A项错主要是因为该句比较的是the rates of the increase,而A项把被比较的对象省略了，补全应加上that of. 看题的时候要注意题眼，这到题不是考察我们twice as……as 的用法，而是考比较
