I'm not too familiar with those two PROGRAMs but I do know the accounting department in USC is much stronger. California creates 1/7 of US GDP and USC's accouting department provides wide education for industries in California, both acc firms and non-acc firms. For example, Professor Merchant serves a the chair of accounty at DTT while he is in school. If you want to switch to industries, USC is definitely a better choice.
