今天再看到这道题，感觉又有点不同。A,B中的sheltering in igloos修饰对象也不是很清楚。

分词放在句子中间的用法其实是比较少见的，原因就是放在中间容易引起修饰歧义。这道题也是一样。我认为sheltering...分词结构造成了修饰歧义。

找的确实很绝，不过和这道题确不一样，这两个例句分词在句末，没有任何修饰歧义。
