- Major difference between europeans and asians? 我说亚洲人工作更刻苦,重视performance, tangible outcomes 欧洲人民more creative, keen on intangibles too (arts, culture etc)
- How do you manage disagreements within your group? especially when they don't share the same working culture/values like us asians? 我心中窃喜,总算有个准备过的答案了,回答曰 effective commnunication 第一, be a listener first then a leader, think from others' perspectives; prioritizaiton第二, rank tasks in terms of importance and emergence,try to draw on each member's strength 云云。 校友同志听到这就忍不住了,直接说他当时在LBS的时候欧洲的group members n不靠谱的表现,我听闻一惊,想着他怎么把我不好意思说的全说了,真是个实诚人。。。
- Since you've been to so many countires, if you work in one large bank and have to build a team, which three nationalities will you choose? 我答了Singaporean, indian and chinese. Justify银行肯定还是performance oriented为主, 而且我对亚洲同胞比较熟悉,沟通顺畅。
- Any Career Plan C? difference between Plan C and plan A & B (in my essay) 答 finance function in major corporates like P&G, 因为还是要发挥我finance的专长。
