C和D。。。OG的解释不懂。。。我觉得long before应该放到最前面，因为

umm....多谢。。让我代词又加深了步认识。。我还没达到美感那个程度，但是有感觉。。主要还是平行吧？Josephine Baker made Paris her home,and she ......把 Long before it was fashionable to be an expatriate置于前面确实比较好点。。恩。。多谢啦
